1: Place water in coffee maker. Add coffee and cinnamon sticks to the filter. Combine 1 cup of the whipping cream, chocolate syrup, brown sugar and vanilla in the coffee pot. Place coffee pot in coffee maker as you would when normally making coffee. Brew coffee mixture so that coffee drips into coffee pot with chocolate cream mixture.
2: Meanwhile, whip remaining 1 cup whipping cream in a deep bowl. Sprinkle in sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into individual coffee cups and top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon and cinnamon sticks if desired.
