Well, by my name, as well as my, uhmm, presence in the CEPF chatroom, I am sure you know me; but I thought that I would go a bit further, for the benefit of all the people that come into the Forum, Chatroom as well as CEPF.
I have many animals in my home. I am a family / friend oriented person. I am also considered by many (from what I am told anyways) that I am a loyal person. As well as anal to an extent, though I am still racking my brain on the reason for this...lol!! My interests vary, it all depends on my moods. I am a Cancer and I am ruled by the Moon, thus I know that I can be flighty lol!! I am very anal about many things that are important to me, but I am working on this. I have started calling myself (since joining CEPF) a person learning hereditary wiccan, but living outside the box, and learning many paths. I feel that I am gaining knowledge about many paths from people that I interact with, but I also feel that I am also learning about myself as well.
I am going to college at this point. I am the volunteer webmistress at my local library, a volunteer at a local animal shelter, I also help many friends and family members with their homes and various other hobbies, I am involved in CEPF, I also "counsel" (this is a loose term here) many online peoples as well as others in my area.
I am married to a wonderful man - whom I feel is my soul - mate. And I couldnt be happier!! I have 2 grown daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I am a private person, though I do rely on my past experiences to try to help others, as I feel that is what we are here for - to help others.
Well, I guess thats about it - I think lol!
Oh and my online name - guess that may help as well huh? I got the name Firephoenix because of the things that have happened to me in my past. I have red hair and the nasty lil things, like hot headedness that comes with it - also my Mother called me Fire - as I was a lil pistol as a child - always running hot she said lol! The name Phoenix comes from the symbol of the phoenix, the way that it dies and is reborn anew. I feel that I have died many times in my life - only to be reborn anew. Hence the phoenix.
My favorite saying is -- "Those that learn from their mistakes or the mistakes of those around them, are destined to be reborn anew with more wisdom and compassion, but only if you can accept your limitations."
