thank you for bringing this to my attention. my best friend and i own a few of her books, and i've always regarded her as something of an expert on wicca and witchcraft.
but after reading this article, i believe, i'll sell the books that i have to regain my losses.
great gravy train....if i said anything like that stuff she said, my friend would smack me in the head for being stupid.
Kelly, one of the things you'll find is that no where in my library is there a Silver Ravenwolf book, lol. I noticed how...odd...she was when I read a few of her interviews, and her statements clashed with things people had told me were in her books. Also...she goes around spouting off that she's Wiccan and Harm none and all that...yet in her Wicca for Teens book..there is a "spell" to "capture" a faery and make it do your bidding.
Maybe it's me...but if you believe in faeries (I don't perse, but that's a whole other topic), then you must acknowledge them as sentient beings, and thus forcing them to do your will is a violation of "Harm none". So......I'm sorry, but Silver is blackballed from my library.
Heidi
P.S. - Fiona Horne also falls into this category.
