Hibiscus Lemongrass Tea

Ready in: < 30 minutes
Difficulty: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups very hot water (180 F)

  • 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers

  • 1 tablespoon rosehips

  • 1 teaspoon dried, shredded lemon grass

Directions: Steep about five minutes (longer if you like, but no more than 15 minutes or it gets bitter). Sweeten if you like, ambrosia or blackberry honey is nice. Sometimes after a cold weather hike, I put a couple of cloves and a little piece of cinnamon bark in it. It is good iced too.

Hmmm....

*wonders what it would be like to try anything other than plain old clover honey*

Let's face it...my area isn't very diverse, lol.
