Relaxing Chamomile Bath



Beauty Benefit: Relieves dry skin

Mood Benefit: Calms and soothes

5 chamomile tea bags
1 c boiling water
2 quarts milk (I use whole - but it is your choice)

Steep tea bags in water for 20 minutes. Add the tea to the milk. Pour this mixture into running bath water. Swirl with your hand until well combined.
