I just wanted to thank everyone who may have been keeping updated about Mr.Bill Rossey.Yesterday we had found him in French Creek.The Police still say no foul play,but we have our ideas,due to nothing add's up..He has been missing since last Oct.He was at the parade,and then came up missing.He didnt drive,and was not fishing at the time,and we (Fire Dept and SCUBA Team)found him 15 miles away from the city.Sorry a man is not gonna walk thats 63yrs old 15 miles and jump in a deep part of the creek.It is a sad day here,and I'll be busy helping the family whom I'm friends with today.Hugs to everyone..wooleybob
