Shamanic Traditions


I think there is the potential for all types of traditions here. I've heard of Wiccan Shamans, Native American Shamans, and Celtic Shamans. Hopefully we'll get someone who knows a little bit more about it on here soon.

I have done a little reading on the Shamanic tradition - here is what I found out:


Shamanism is a range of traditional beliefs and practices that involve the ability to diagnose, cure, and sometimes cause illness because of a special relationship with, or control over, spirits. This tradition has existed all over the world since prehistoric times.
