ok I do love chocolate - no matter what kind it is - it is my comfort food.....but I have noticed that the chocolate that I love so much - is not good for me - at least not in the tremendou amount that I want to eat anyways lol - so I devised a way to keep getting the chocolate that I love without the "chocolate guilts" afterwards.
I go to the Amish Marketplace - where I can get 8 pounds of pure chocolate for pennies - it comes in a large brick - so I break it in little pieces - as small as I wish at the time - then I freeze in little baggies - when I serve coffee, tea, or chai teas, etc - I sprinkle a little in each cup. Or if I make a dessert - I sprinkle a little of the chocolate on top of that.
This is my way of keeping my fingers away from the chocolate (I hate it when it is frozen lol) so I am still able to have it this way. As well as my guests.
