Okay, first, let me say that I missed everyone very much, thus I had to stop by and see the Forum. My loving hubby has obliged my whining pleas (and tantrums - lol! ) by coming on here and posting for me (he is typing while I dictate ). A close friend has recently had problems within her marriage and it has dissolved, but there were complications. Both her husband and herself are Pagans, and they wanted a divorce. Well, long story short, they were fighting over the kids, house, etc. She went online, as well as called around, and this site is what she found to help her. This site includes many other listings for various things, but it is a good reference site I believe. So, I rate this (lol Heidi, I remembered) site as a 12 star site. I hope it will help you all out.

It's great to see a legal web addy like this. It is a up and coming topic I hope to see a little more of in the chat room. Unless there is a lot of research for your area, it is hard to deal with the local laws and I'm finding out for myself that more people are wanting to get a good background on their rights as pagans.
