Dear Friend,

I’m excited to inform you that we are just 8 weeks away from one of the most powerful times of the year - Pesach (Passover).  It’s the only time of year when you can connect with the highest realms of the Light and inject certainty and order into every area of your life.

You will be receiving information in a few days about the details of 2005 Pesach Freedom Celebration but in the meantime I’d like to give you a taste of the power of Pesach, and to let you know the upcoming dates so you can start planning to be with us.

It’s likely you’ve heard the literal story of Passover, the story of the Israelites being led to freedom by their leader, Moses, after being in bondage in Egypt for 400 years under Pharaoh.  And of course you’ve heard of that famous detour through the Red Sea and their eventual arrival at Mount Sinai for their date with destiny.

But as you know, one of The Kabbalah Centre’s missions for the last 35 years has been to break the misconceptions of religion and to reveal the true meaning of major cosmic openings. Kabbalah teaches us not to robotically obey customs but to ask what any given holiday has to offer us in the here and now. 

And there is so much to get from Pesach!

Historically, the Exodus from Egypt did happen.  Yes, the Israelites became slaves and yes, they tapped into a Divine force to free themselves.  But there’s more to the story.

Rav Isaac Luria, also known as the Ari (the Holy Lion), was a master Kabbalist who lived during the 16th Century, and whose teachings are the definitive school of Kabbalistic thought.  He revealed the hidden meanings behind Pesach, the story of the enslavement in Egypt and the subsequent Exodus. 

“Egypt” is a code for our physical existence.  Pharaoh is a code for ego – the cause of humanity’s self-serving and intolerant nature.  Any negative aspect of our nature (anger, selfishness, impatience, fear, insecurity, jealousy, low self-esteem, anxiety) is Pharaoh enslaving us. 

Pesach is the opportunity to harness the same divine energy that propelled the Israelites out of slavery, to help you rid yourself of yours.  Just as the Israelites were empowered to literally split the Red Sea, you will be empowered to walk through your own Red Seas!  It’s the opportunity to unlock the prison of your faulty belief systems—the robotic ways of your ego’s thinking that prevent you from achieving your truest potential.  It’s the opportunity to break free from your slavery to the things, ideas, and people that hold you back in life.

On April 22, students from all over the world will come together to tap into this power.  Leading us in this spiritual journey will be Kabbalists Rav & Karen Berg, the visionaries who have spent the last three decades fighting to get the wisdom of Kabbalah out to the public.

This is going to be a powerful event to say the least, and I don’t want you to miss being a part of it.
