"The undisputed evidence before the court is that (Zion's Hope) is using the property to spread what it considers to be God's word to many people at one time. This is in contrast to Disney World's and Anheuser-Busch's use of their properties, Epcot and Sea World, respectively, which is indisputably to make money for the companies." - Judge Cynthia MacKinnon
Ok, does this mean that if CEPF where to start it's own Pagan Theme Park, could we get it tax-exempted because we're just trying to educate people about our beliefs through fun and exciting ways?
Ok, so I'm being cynical here, but for goodness sake, you can't honestly tell me that these people are thinking about God's word while riding Holy Roller Coaster (ok, so I made that up...shoot me, lol). This is simply a way for them to make money and quickly. Are you telling me they're going to have Sunday prayer service on the Bible Bumper Cars? Communion on the Christian Carousel?
Sorry, but I just think this is dumb.
