Ok, even I'm scratching my head at this one.

Ok, so we're gonna know where these cars came from...and possibly where they're going when they get there. That helps us how?

Did everyone at homeland security forget that the 9-11 hijackers went to flight school to learn how to fly planes.....but said they weren't interested in learning how to land them?

Ok, so Mr. Terrorist drives into the country. They have him place this little chip on his dashboard. He drives to the local Wally World and picks up all his nice bomb-making supplies. He then drives same car to some alley, rigs it up as a bomb, then proceeds to crash it into something with a lot of people!

Hmm...incinerated chip, but heck...at least we know where to send the firemen right?

COME ON! This is an absolute BS idea and a waste of taxpayers money. What the bloody hell use is this chip going to be? Nadda!

the sad thing about this lame  idea is all it`s trying to do is make the politicians look like their doing something, and most people are not going to see it for what it really is,a complete waste of time and money.
